I am asked every week how I found it in the angel. I'm only one floor up in the Matera Language Institute, where I teach Italian. However, I can say that the stairwell always smells of delicious food. Ute

We happened to be passing through Tuttlingen in Engel in July 2019. I always like to think of the atmosphere, the friendly and competent service and the delicious, not standardized food. Definitely recommendable!

On December 18, 2019 a friend and I ended up in Tuttlingen's "Engel" near the city fountain. The tenant, who is new to me, really went out of his way to give this inn a nice, bright and, above all, cozy atmosphere! You were made to feel welcome all the time and the service and the host were very accommodating and friendly. The schnitzel I ordered tasted excellent and was not a frozen product, as I have unfortunately already experienced elsewhere ... The side salad served with it was also huge! All in all, I really liked it there and I'm glad that we finally have a restaurant like this in Tuttlingen. Clear recommendation from me, I will definitely be back. 👍

Had the Schwinebäckchen from the daily menu with homemade spaetzle- it was very, very tasty! Nice service, good service, if you want to eat traditionally clear recommendation!

Unfortunately, payment by card is not possible. The service was friendly, the onion roast tasted good. Unfortunately I was not asked how the meat should be. I would have liked it medium, but I should have said it too.

A very cozy place with a small but fine menu with regional cuisine. The food was excellent. The service left nothing to be desired. However, if you want your breaded schnitzel without sauce, for example, you should explicitly say so.
